Product Features
  1. Developed as an innovative lubrication system targeting the issue of enginepistonring deposits causing "excessive oil consumption" (also known as oil burning), eliminating the need for dismantlingandcleaning.
  2. Suitable for both diesel and gasoline engines, effectively compatible with conventional internal combustionengine oils.
  3. Equally effective for addressing problems arising from inadvertent use of substandard engine oils orexcessivedeposits due to delayed oil changes.
  4. Non-corrosive to metals, does not swell rubber, plastic components, or resincoatings, possesses anti-wear properties for bearings. Proper usage ensures optimal cleaning efficacy and applicationsafety.
  5. Freefrom water, strong acids, and strong alkaline compounds.
  6. Pour point ≤ -20°C, ensures unobstructed flowthroughprecision oil passages even at low temperatures, mitigating the risk of bearing seizing incidents caused by blockages.
Application Range
  1. Start the engine and let it warm up. Once the oil temperature reaches 90°C, turnoff theengineand proceed to drain the old oil.
  2. Employ a "negative pressure oil extractor" to thoroughly remove any residual oil fromthe oil pan and the base of the oil filter housing. Simultaneously, dismantle the oil filter and oil cooler, completelydrainanyremaining fluids, and replace the oil filter with a new one.
  3. Following the specified oil quantity, add an equal amount(orslightly higher, not exceeding the upper limit on the oil dipstick) of this product. Start the engine and maintainrapidacceleration for 3 hours (maintain a speed of up to 3000 RPM for the first hour). During the process, connect adiagnosticcomputer to monitor changes in engine operating conditions. In case of any abnormalities, promptly halt the operationforinspection. Only resume work after troubleshooting.
  4. After the cleaning process, repeat step 2 to entirely drainthisproduct. At this point, replace the oil filter with a new one, add the recommended grade of fresh engine oil, and start thevehicle.
  5. Inspect the engine's operating conditions and gather relevant data. Compare this data with the recordsfrombefore the procedure. Once you're certain that no anomalies exist, conclude the procedure.
